Here we are, Shifts is launched! WOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO! We're all super excited to have you using Shifts and exploring the new Setups. Now for an update from us!
And as of right now, 73 of them are squashed and deployed live. There were a lot of edge cases that y'all helped us find really early, and we've been working very hard to get things cleaned up as soon as possible. I hope things are starting to smooth out for your restaurant this week.
If you haven't updated recently, I'd highly encourage you do so.
If so, please reach out to us. In the app from the Menu, tap "Need Help?" at the top right. You can get in touch with us via ticket, text, discord, etc. There's a lot of ways to just choose whatever works best for you.

So I designed this today, and the dev team is already working on it. In a future update, when you tap on someone in Setups, you'll see "Remove from Setup" at the bottom of the expanded employee card. When tapped, you'll be able to choose to remove that person from just that Setup, or all Setups for the day. We're hopeful this will help with making Setups more accurate!
Just know we're hard at work on stabilizing Shifts and making sure everything is running smoothly. Keep letting us know of any issues you may find, and please remember to reach out if you need any help!
